Dragonfly Yoga seeks to create an accepting space in which diverse people from the community can come together to learn the practice of yoga. Our mission is to teach yoga postures with an emphasis on healthy use of the body. Instructors offer modifications of the yoga practice according to the needs of the students. Through actions and words,instructors at Dragonfly Yoga strive to practice and teach the primary philosophical principles of yoga, chief of which is ahimsa, the concept of non-harming. Dragonfly Yoga contributes to the community through the teaching of yoga and through participation in community and charity events.
